Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Implement cost control measures to keep projects within budget constraints
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in construction software
- Strong ability to negotiate contracts and manage project budgets effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
- Ability to lead a team effectively and ensure project success
Pay:
$ $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
