Visit Support RN

Home Hospice, Per Diem (as needed)

Lancaster or York
Very Flexible Hours (mostly day, weekday hours available)

This specific role includes a new very flexible orientation. Some of the orientation can be done from home.

Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) providing nursing services, assisting with care coordination, and assessing and addressing the ongoing needs of patients and caregivers.

This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Registered Nurse, licensed in Pennsylvania. At least 6 months of recent experience preferred.
