- Leads the No7 global quality team to ensure compliance with all KPIs, regulatory, and group quality requirements.
- Develops and executes a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with company objectives and regulatory demands.
- Oversees all quality control processes, including product testing, inspection, and validation, to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Oversees the development, deployment, and upkeep of the QMS to ensure compliance with global and WBA requirements, as well as regulatory standards for No.7 BC product classifications.
- Manages consumer complaints and feedback triage, investigation, and improvement activities effectively.
- Leads serious incident investigations, ensuring appropriate business escalation and stakeholder management.
- Maintains product quality across markets throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provides leadership to the No7 global quality team, ensuring continuous delivery and effective performance management.
- Adopts market insights and industry best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Proven leadership in developing and leading teams of subject matter experts.
- In-depth understanding of quality in a product/brand/CPG context.
- Strong influencing skills with senior stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to stay composed during serious incident investigations and demonstrate sound decision-making.
