    Description


    Responsible for all fixed assets of the company. Recording additions, disposals, and depreciation. Responsible for customer tooling account. Ensuring the customers are billed correctly based on their PO. A backup to others in the department, AR, AP, and payroll backup. Hand out and reconcile the credit cards on a daily/weekly basis. Ensure that month end manual entries are recorded and posted. Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements
    • Associate Degree in accounting and 1-2 years experience or combination of education and experience.
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Office, accounting, financial and spreadsheet application software.
    • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
