Responsibility:

  • Monitor and analyze industry product trends, identifying developments in product applications.
  • Efficiently identify customer technical needs and provide high-quality technical solutions, leading the industry in technology development.
  • Focus on technical solutions and take responsibility for the development and implementation of products.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and provide systematic solutions to product issues.
  • Continuously innovate and upgrade products to meet market demand, in line with technology and product requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or above in polymer materials, chemistry, chemical engineering, composite materials, or related fields.
  • Strong research and innovation mindset, with a track record of scientific research results (papers/patents) preferred.
  • Previous experience in modification plastic or related industries is a plus.
  • Clear thinking, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to handle pressure and challenges.
