Salesperson (m/f/d) part-time in our coffee boutique in Karlsruhe
How can you contribute to our team?

Your tasks

As the first point of contact, you welcome, assist and advise our visitors, making you our store's business card
You inspire our customers with our coffee specialties in our tasting area
You recommend products from our diverse range of machines and accessories
In addition, you attract interested parties to our customer loyalty program Nespresso & You
You competently and flexibly address individual concerns and convey our holistic sustainability philosophy (B-Corp)
At the cash register, you create a smooth and friendly conclusion to the shopping experience
You create an appealing product and shop presentation with the help of our design recommendations, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere

Your profile

Ideally, you have completed training in retail, hospitality, gastronomy or tourism, or have professional experience in personal customer contact
You combine your serviceoriented approach with a passion for sales
You can keep track of things even in stressful situations and are familiar with working on Saturdays
