- Is the subject matter expert and applies technical tools such as RCFA, FMEA, RCM, etc., to drive continuous improvements, optimize costs and asset effectiveness; generates work orders as recommended from these programs.
- Manage the Predictive Maintenance program and pursue continuous improvement of site-wide predictive and preventative maintenance programs, including preparation of PM requirements for new equipment.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and metrics for proactive identification and resolution of reliability issues.
- Provides technical expertise and input on scope of work for daily maintenance and turnaround jobs.
- Ensures work requests include engineering input on repair details such as clearances, tolerances, materials of construction, welding procedures, etc.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing with a focus on rotating equipment (preferred)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, CMMS, PSM, and Six Sigma Principles.
- PE, PMP, API Certifications preferred but not required.
