Tasks:


  • Serve as the company's exclusive legal risk manager for all matters related to Menoken, ND corporate law.
  • Provide proactive legal advice to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board.
  • Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to plan and oversee legal matters related to the Annual General Meeting.
  • Coordinate and offer legal support for the company's German subsidiaries, including legal counsel for board meetings and resolutions.
  • Oversee the legal aspects of quarterly reports, working closely with the finance department to draft them, with a focus on the annual report.
  • Manage all corporate law projects, such as capital raises and mergers, including document creation and planning with management and registries.
  • Offer legal guidance on topics related to Market Abuse Regulation, such as ad hoc announcements and Directors Dealings.

Requirements:


  • Possess a German law degree or equivalent international law degree with a strong academic background and bar admission.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in German corporate law, preferably in a global law firm or business.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Ability and willingness to work in crossfunctional, intercultural teams and projects.
  • Highly flexible and decisive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills, negotiation abilities, and a track record of successful implementation.
