    As a Project Manager, you will:

    • Lead a team to successfully complete commercial construction projects
    • Ensure high-quality results within budget and schedule
    • Build strong relationships with project teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
    • Efficiently manage project administration, cost control, and quality assurance
    • Resolve challenges with professionalism and resourcefulness
    • Utilize technology for improved client experience and communication
    • Prioritize safety and promote a culture of safety for all employees

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
    • 8 to 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
    • Technical knowledge of building construction and ability to interpret construction plans
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
    • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
    • High ethical standards and safety focus
