    We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to help lead our recruitment initiatives and play a pivotal role in our rapid expansion. You will collaborate closely with various departments to execute candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. Additionally, you will help refine initiatives for onboarding and retention across the company. This is a unique chance to assist in accelerating the success of a rapidly growing startup by recruiting and securing the most outstanding talent in the industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels to locate and evaluate top candidates across multiple functions.
    • Implement independent sourcing tactics such as social recruiting, direct networking, targeted job postings, and proactive outreach.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of our talent requirements and departmental goals.
    • Demonstrate finesse in juggling multiple searches and priorities.
    • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to the recruitment & onboarding process.
    • Develop strategies to influence candidates' decisions to join.
    • Efficiently manage simultaneous full-cycle recruitment efforts across various roles and departments.
    • Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience by treating candidates with the respect and attention you would expect.
    • Actively participate and assist in other HR and people functions, broadening your impact within the company.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Skilled in recruiting for diverse roles simultaneously, including Go-To-Market (GTM) and technical positions.
    • Experience within SaaS or Fintech startups highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
    • Previous experience proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the recruitment process and improve overall efficiency.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of bringing urgency and efficiency to your work.
    • Willingness to wear many hats and contribute in various people & HR functions across the company.
    • Dedicated to providing empathetic interactions and a positive candidate experience.
    • Based in the NYC area.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive Salary: $110,000-130,000.
