    Description

    Position Overview:

    As a Guest Services Agent at our luxury hotel, your main role will be to handle the check-in and check-out procedures for our VIP guests. You'll ensure that each arrival is smooth by having their room ready, delivering amenities and gifts, taking care of any packages, and making sure all guest requests are met. Our VIP team also assists guests in booking activities and handling any concerns they might have. Furthermore, you'll be the go-to person for any questions guests might have and will be responsible for following up on requests and providing exceptional service from start to finish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process check-in and check-out transactions for VIP guests
    • Assist guests with inquiries about the hotel and local attractions
    • Help VIP guests make reservations for dining and entertainment
    • Handle guest service recovery and welcome guests upon arrival
    • Maintain a positive attitude and keep updated on hotel events
    • Act as a liaison to ensure guest requests are met promptly
    • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor towards all guests
    • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs and expectations
    • Implement and maintain a Guest Recognition Program
    • Record and update Guest History Profile with guest preferences
    • Be readily available to assist with guest needs
    • Have good knowledge of the hotel's offerings and services

    Requirements:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Fluency in a second language is highly desirable
    • Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problemsolving skills
    • Familiarity with relevant software and programs

    Physical Demands:

    • Ability to perform physical tasks repeatedly
    • Effective verbal communication skills
    • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weight up to 25lbs
