Administrative Assistant for Post and Telephone Center:
Part-time, 19.5 hours per week:

Job Description:
- Greeting visitors
- Distributing incoming mail
- Organizing outgoing mail
- Answering phone calls
- Providing information
- Managing room bookings and preparing conference rooms
- Assisting with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Computer knowledge
- Enthusiasm and dedication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team and communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
- Flexibility and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Completed education/training
