Today, we have clients from various fields such as authorities, daycares/schools, nursing or industry. We conceptualize and coordinate regional and national projects in corporate health management and promotion for our clients.

We are currently looking for a qualified, dedicated, flexible and responsible employee (m/f/d) to support us in administration on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Conducting accounts receivable accounting, including posting of incoming invoices, monitoring of open items, dunning and account reconciliation
Responsible for accounts payable accounting, including recording of outgoing invoices, account reconciliation and monitoring of open liabilities
Booking of bank and cash receipts, as well as clarification of discrepancies
Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Maintenance and updating of accounting data in DATEV accounting and DATEV company online

Qualifications:

Education: completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Personality: handson mentality, teamwork, communication skills
Work style: structured, accurate, results and processoriented
Experience and knowhow: good IT skills, especially proficient in MS Excel and Datev (accounting and company online), knowledge of balance sheet accounting
Qualification: preferably several years of experience in financial accounting or further training, such as tax
