We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to work hybrid out of our Plantsville, CT Branch.

    Let's Unpack This - Who are we?

    SYSTEM AIRE & CONTROL AIRE SUPPLY are HVAC Wholesale Distributors serving the professionals in the HVAC/R industry. We are based out of Plantsville, CT and Springfield, MA and are apart of the Munch's Supply family of brands. We have been servicing Western Mass and Connecticut for 40 plus years. We house New England's largest and most complete stock of HEIL (ICP) service parts and provide daily delivery throughout Connecticut and Western Mass.

    What we need from you:

    • HVAC knowledge
    • Associates degree or 5 years' experience in manufacturing or distribution.
    • Outstanding sales and customer service expertise.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Accuracy and professionalism.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Possess a reliable vehicle and be insurable by our insurance company for the travel this position requires.

    What will you be doing? We'll keep you busy and teach you how to:
    • Achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
    • Cold call, prospect and close new business.
    • Provide outstanding customer service to existing accounts.
    • Develop business, introduce new products, train and more.
    • Use Munch computer systems, vendors' computer systems, and Microsoft Office products.

    • Base Salary of $75,000 to $100,000 plus commission
