As the first point of contact for the international Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the development and operation of the HCM system landscape for the many national companies within the Lidl and Schwarz divisions.

From selecting to implementing new software solutions, you will drive digital transformation. In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to shape and enable individual and team successes.

Your responsibilities will include:

As a consultant/project manager for our central international working group, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous development of IT applications for personnel management, specifically in the PA/OM modules.
You will have a wide range of technical responsibilities, as you will work with all SAP HCM application modules (PA/OM, PY, PT, etc.).
You will manage internal and external interface partners and have the opportunity to shape the entire lifecycle of applications and the direction of the solution team.
You will be involved in digitalization and technology changes, such as S/4 HANA and transitioning to the cloud.
