The non-profit organization Wohnhilfe is dedicated to social work in education and training, reintegration assistance for formerly homeless adults, and the integration of young people. We are currently looking for:

A Facility Manager (m/f/d)
Full-time for the residential home "Haus an der Verdistrasse"

The facility at Verdistr. 45 in Munich/Obermenzing has been in existence for 19 years and is a stationary facility for integration assistance for disabled people, according to SGB IX and XII. Here, 60 formerly homeless men with multiple diagnoses find private living space and comprehensive social and medical care and support.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supervision of approximately 30 employees (full-time, part-time, and mini-job) in the areas of social work, administration, healthcare, and housekeeping
  • Personnel management based on participation, appreciation, and cooperative process design
  • Responsibility for the residents. Collaboration with the resident representation.
  • Cooperation with management in all economic and personnel matters
  • External representation of the facility and the organization in committees
  • Cooperation with the funding agency
