    **Host Training Manager**

    We are looking for a Host Training Manager to join us at Landing In this role, to you will assist with onboarding and training of all new hires and provide ongoing support to employees and contractors as needed.

    ****About the Team:****

    Youll join a team of talented individuals that are building a startup to improve the way people live and will be able to make all kinds of things happen without limits. This role is part of the Host Operations team and will work closely with our Director of Host Experience, Host Experience and Turnover specialists, as well as Host Education and engagement teams.

    ****What Youll Do:****

    Develop digital educational and training materials for new hires

    Organize and lead seminars about product features, Live Operations and Customer Support best practices

    Identify individual and team skills gaps for continued education opportunities

    Schedule regular training sessions to be performed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly

    Ensure new hires take on basic training courses, including communication and troubleshooting skills

    Collaborate with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching

    Assess the impact of each educational course on team member performance

    Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material

    ****What You Need:****

    3+ years of customer support, live-operations, training, or related experience

    Familiarity with interactive learning activities

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

In addition, Landing manages distribution centers across the U.S. that work to deliver and manage furnishings within our tailored homes. Our host network, comprising roughl y 2,000 professionals, complement these areas by working directly with members to ensure their happiness and maintain comfort.
