As a
Healthcare Operations Coordinator, you will support our Development Team to ensure that all 200+ clinics nationally run smoothly day to day.

This position is an entry-level position with a career path geared towards become a
Regional Clinics Manager or other leadership position in Operations

This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois

Responsibilities

Supports the Sr. Regional Manager of Clinics Coordination and the Operations team in completing various tasks and projects.
Coordinate staff scheduling, under the supervision of the Sr. Regional Manager, nationwide.
Perform general clerical duties in to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Complete special projects as directed in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
