HMO Referral Coordinator to our team

The
HMO Referral Coordinator would be responsible for the coordination and processing of all patient referrals for professional specialist office services in a high volume practice.

Responsibilities

Contact PCP offices to obtain system generated referrals via phone or fax
Review all referrals for eligibility, accuracy and completeness
Track and manage HMO Referrals by entering them into the computer system
Act as a liaison between patients and their Primary Care Physicians to retrieve on time referral
Perform other related duties as assigned
