Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a leading stockholder and machinist of specialist steel. This role, based out of their Rotherham site will be pivotal in identifying and growing new business opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and making a bold impact through strong proven sales capabilities and a drive for results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, develop relationships with new clients to expand customer base, nurturing relationships is paramount.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to new and existing clients
Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through various channels, becoming an expert on product line and advising tailored solutions to their needs.
Skills and RequirementsA proven sales track record within an industrial industry alongside a passion for nurturing and growing business relationship.
A driven, self-starter who thrives on working cross functionally within teams to optimise results.
An experienced salesperson with the ability to identify, establish and grow relationships.
Knowledge of the steel/alloy industry is essential
