    They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies.

    As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of your brand in the highly competitive FMCG food sector.

    The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and strategic thinking to elevate the brand to new heights.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
    Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, including product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotions.
    Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand enhancement.
    Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective trade marketing programs and promotions.
    Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment and achieve business objectives.
    Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

    The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG brand experience ideally within food and drink but other categories will be considered.
