- A bachelor's degree in a behavioral health science or relevant work/volunteer experience
- Experience with substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders.
- Training in verbal de-escalation and/or mental health (a big plus)
- A valid driver's license with no restrictions
- At least 2 years of experience (preferred but not required)
- The ability to complete a Central Registry Check, Fingerprinting, and Sandstone issued TB test before you start working, as required by Virginia state regulation.
