Responsibilities:

Independent calculation of regional projects
Preparation of cost estimates and proposals for small to large-scale projects with a focus on canal, underground, and transportation construction (reviewing tender documents and quantities, identifying opportunities and risks)
Obtaining and reviewing subcontract
