- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Review and reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close process, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounts payable inquiries or issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation
- Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations is a plus
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
