    Reporting to the Senior Manager of AP, Ouster is seeking a rockstar AP Specialist to join our growing accounting team.

    The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash timely.

    This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise.


    Responsibilities:

    • Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
    • Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Enter invoices into the accounting system and obtain necessary approvals for payment.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
    • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related inquiries and issues.
    • Assist with month-end close processes, including accruals and account reconciliations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate coding and allocation of expenses.
    • Utilize accounting software, including NetSuite and Stampli, to process and track accounts payable transactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of accounts payable experience in a growing Technology and/or Manufacturing company.
    • High proficiency in accounting softwares - NetSuite, Stampli, Concur
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    You'll be a great fit if you have:

    • Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
    $70,000 - $90,000 a year

    The base pay will be dependent on your skills, work experience, location, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for equity & benefits.
