Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

This is a key role that requires strong communication, sales, and leadership skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate new leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients including contractors, house flippers, and developers.
  • Conduct site measurements and provide detailed product education to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop accurate estimates and handle invoicing for each project.
  • Drive the sales process, securing payments and overseeing the delivery of products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the project management team on jobs requiring labor to ensure a smooth transition and continuous client satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve any client issues related to product delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in sales and account management, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
  • Strong ability to generate leads and effectively close sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of competence in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in related industry preferred.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to travel locally to client sites, which may involve navigating construction areas.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 30 pounds as required for site measurements and product demonstrations.
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and standing for extended periods.

Pay:
From $2,200.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
