Work Schedule:


  • The office hours are Monday-Friday 8AM5PM, schedule can vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs of HR Wise llc clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand job requirements and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation for clients, ensuring that new employees receive necessary information, training, and support to succeed in their roles.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 25% of the time.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, Indeed, Financial Cents and other recruitment software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and hiring processes.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to move throughout all areas of the workspace.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using standard computer/office equipment.
  • Ability to use PC or laptop for a long period of time.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance and crouch with reasonable accommodations.
