The Wertachkliniken Bobingen and Schwabmünchen are a successful municipal company located in the Augsburg area.

The main role of the Wertachkliniken is to provide healthcare services to the southern district of Augsburg and to further develop a partnership with the Augsburg University Hospital.

With over 300 employees, the nursing department is the largest professional group. We are currently seeking two trainees for our nursing management team at Wertachklinik Bobingen and Wertachklinik Schwabmünchen.


What to expect:


  • You will learn about tasks and responsibilities and gradually take on your own areas of responsibility
  • We offer you the opportunity to contribute your expertise to the continuous development of patient care
  • You will work 50% of your time in one of our nursing departments and bring new ideas directly into practice
  • You will actively participate in shaping changes in the nursing department and our digitalization process

What we are looking for:


  • You are a qualified nursing professional with some experience in acute care nursing
  • You are currently completing or have recently completed a professional development program or degree
  • You are interested in learning about digital topics and becoming a future leader with us
