We are looking for a qualified caregiver (m/f/d) to provide night shifts three times a month on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in Ratliff City, OK for a five-year-old boy with epilepsy.

Your profile:

  • Enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults with intensive care needs
  • Empathy, reliability, responsibility, and social competence
  • Certified nursing professional (m/f/d), with completed training as a health and pediatric nurse, nurse, pediatric nurse, or nurse
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
  • Willingness to continue personal and professional development
  • Experience with ventilatordependent patients is preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license

Your responsibilities:
In addition to providing support at school, you will also be responsible for the following tasks for our small and large intensive care patients:

  • Monitoring of ventilation and vital signs
  • Acting in emergency situations
  • Communicating with family members, patients, doctors, and therapists
  • Performing all basic and treatmentrelated nursing tasks (e.g. administering oxygen and medication, injections, suctioning, button care, inhalation and respiratory therapy, and monitoring)
