- Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract potential investors for our $100 million fund.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, family offices, and investment firms.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing pitch materials, conducting presentations, and negotiating investment terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and asset management, to ensure alignment with investor expectations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the commercial real estate market.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance the visibility and reputation of our company within the investor community.
- Monitor and report on fundraising progress, investment performance, and industry trends to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement and innovation in investor relations and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development roles within the commercial real estate or investment management industry.
- Strong network of investor contacts and relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital and achieving fundraising targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and deal structuring.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to fundraising and investor relations.
