    Description

    The Affiliate Marketing Associate will support HealthPlanOne's affiliate marketing efforts.

    The ideal candidate with use strong communication skills and a "hunter" mindset to diversify HealthPlanOne's traffic sources by expanding our current affiliate base.

    Duties/ResponsibilitiesContinuously identify and recruit top-quality, topically relevant publishers.
    Keep internal stakeholders informed on the progress of new partners by maintaining and presenting an affiliate pipeline.
    Understand HealthPlanOne's compliance requirements in order to screen out non-compliant partners/opportunities.
    Become the point of contact for new and existing partners as internal or external needs arise.

    Partner with the Business Development team to understand daily/weekly volume demands and effectively communicate campaign adjustments to partners in a timely fashion.

    Actively consult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to scope out new opportunities, gain industry insights, provide performance reviews, and suggest best practices.

    Respond to affiliate requests for campaign performance reports and provide ad hoc analysis as needed.
    Partner with HealthPlanOne's Onboarding specialist to initiate the onboarding process of new partners.
    Assist with the month end reporting on affiliate campaigns.
    Organize and coordinate meets for trade shows and conferences.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.


    Requirement Skills/Abilities:


    Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, data analysis, or communications1-3 years of experience with performance marketing and lead generation or equivalent experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Excellent organizational skills.
    The ability to set internal/external expectations and adhere to deadlines.


    Preferred Skills/Abilities:
    Experience in the insurance industryExperience with affiliate marketing.
    Experience with performance marketing and lead generation.


    Physical Requirements:
