- Must meet all Ohio S tate requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Ohio. At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed. Strong management and operation skills. Strong math/budgetary skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
