    Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for enhancing operational efficiency and elevating patient experiences? A fantastic opportunity awaits for an experienced Director of Operations at a Dental Office in Richmond, TX, US. Join our rapidly expanding team and take charge of leading and directing the operations of our two offices.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Operations
    • Proficiency in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating Systems) preferred Background in Dentistry is highly valued If you are ready to make a significant impact, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the future of pediatric and orthodontic care.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

    Experience:

    • Director of Operations: 5 years (Required)
    • EOS
    • Finance or accounting degree
    Compensation:

    $120,000 - $140,000 per year

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily operations across both locations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of dental services.
    • Implement SOP, protocols, and strategies to enhance operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and team performance.
    • Manage personnel requirements, including hiring, training, and development of staff.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that upholds our high standards of patient care.
    • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain the highest standards of dental practice.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    Qualifications:
    • Must have the willingness to travel between both office locations weekly and possess a vehicle for transportation.
    • Required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day operations in a healthcare or dental setting with multiple locations.
    • Proven track record of strong leadership skills in motivating and developing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities are a must.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focusing on patient-centered care are essential.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices is required.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field is necessary, while a Master's degree is advantageous.
