Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) / Remote Control Systems / Home Office

Our client:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of radio remote controls for industrial applications as well as controls for diesel pumps and many other high-tech products and systems. The systems are used worldwide and are among the highest quality on the market. The products are developed in their own research department. Sales and technical support for the EMEA region are coordinated at the Dutch location.

As a Field Service Engineer, you are an integral part of the team and perform on-site maintenance, repair, and installation work on the company's products. You provide technical expertise to customers and ensure optimal performance and maintenance of the systems.

Tasks:

  • You ensure technical support for our sales department and work together with customers to develop the appropriate technical solution and specification for each application
  • As a contact person for our sales managers, you are responsible for ensuring that the concepts align with the capabilities of the product and clarify them individually with the customer
  • You competently answer general questions about our products and services, especially regarding product functions, specifications, and general application guidelines
  • You act as a link between product management, production, and sales in the EMEA region. You ensure the technical clarification of the proposed concept and act as an interface to the departments of our company
