    AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Application Developer

    for a full-time, W2 Contract position based in Plano, TX

    Schedule:
    Full-time, 40 hours/week, Hybrid.

    Assignment Duration:

    12 Months.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    Compensation is between 47

    hourly.

    Benefits include a

    Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k, as well as the option for Paid Time Off

    (dependent on amount requested).

    Position Description:

    OverallPurpose:
    Managecomplexprojectsthroughthedesign,development,testinganddebuggingphasesofanapplicationdeliverycycleaswellasdesigninganddevelopingcomponentsoftheserviceasanindividualcontributor.


    Roles&Responsibilities:
    Useappropriateprogramminglanguageandtechnology,writescode,completesprogramminganddocumentation,performstestinganddebuggingofapplicationsfortheenterprise.
    Providetechnicalandanalyticalinput/guidancetoprojectteamandassistdevelopersregardingprojectarchitectureandapplicationprogrammingpractices.
    Managesindividualprojectsandworksasanindividualcontributor;isresponsibleforcompletingprojectswithinallottedtimeline.
    Assistswithdefinitionofprojectscopeandobjectives,aswellasprovidestechnicalarchitectureinputandcoordinatesprogrammingpracticesofaprojectteam andidentifiesresourceneeds.
    Developsdetailedworkplans,schedules,projectestimatesandstatusreports.
    Conductsprojectmeetingsandisresponsibleforprojecttrackingandanalysis.
    Ensuresadherencestoqualitystandardsandreviewsprojectdeliverables.
    Recommendsandtakesactiontodirecttheanalysisandsolutionsofproblems.
