    Job DescriptionFulfillment Specialist/ Office Manager


    Qualifications
    Excitement for working in a fun and energetic environment.
    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Ability to lead and multi-taskAble to work independentlySkill in managing workload and prioritizing tasks.
    Friendly and helpful attitude.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Able to handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting items up to 40 pounds.

    Responsibilities

    Fulfillment Services
    Pick, pack, and ship orders with precisionPrepare customer orders, ensuring items are carefully packed and ready for shipment.
    Prepare FBA Shipments including LTL boxes and palletsReceive and accurately store incoming inventory.
    Ensure product meets quality requirementsTroubleshoot any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.

    Coordinating delivery to clients via USPS, UPS or FedExPerform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.


    Office Administration
    This position requires an organized individual who can efficiently handle several responsibilities simultaneously including;Manage incoming calls; assist with client requests and direct clients to related partyGreeting clients and visitors with friendly and welcoming mannerHandle mail distribution
