JOB SUMMARY


A Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) is responsible for several key aspects of the customer journey: Client onboarding, Client retention, Client support and Client experience.

The CXS understands Luxe Life's brand identity and is extremely familiar with our products and capabilities.

Your day to day role is managing administrative tasks such as scheduling and managing photo acquisition, verification, and distribution via our client portal.

Additionally, you will manage client communications including intake, product proposal, and fulfillment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains client satisfaction with communication, expediency, and organization.
  • Supports client questions and general inquiries.
  • Facilitates client onboarding processes.
  • Manages scheduling and facilitation of shoots.
  • Supports Operations team with inbound calls and general comms.
  • Participates in lead generation.
  • Aides in achieving customer success team targets.
  • Resolves client and team issues & escalations.
  • Analyzes feedback data and identifies customer service trends.
  • Detects and diagnoses client issues in an effort to prevent escalations.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent customer service, outreach, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Basic proficiency with Google G Suite and Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity and experience in the Real Estate or Media/Marketing space.

WORK HOURS AND BENEFITS
This is a hybrid, salaried, exempt position. Minimum requirements average at 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. PTO (Paid Time-Off) is flexible, and major holidays are off. Work hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects. Some days may require more than 8 hours. Limited weekend availability may be required. Our standard operating hours are from Monday-Sunday, 8:00 am PST to 5:00 pm PST.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Onsite shadowing and inoffice orientation (3 weeks).

COMPENSATION
The Salary range for this position is 55-65k, based on experience, with additional bonus incentives.
