Position Summary:
This individual will report to and work hand in hand with the President of the Property Management company bridging the gap between the business, marketing plans and strategies, the properties, operations and corporate marketing and training initiatives.
This is a key role who will be instrumental at all levels, working with stakeholders, supporting properties, business plans and building consistency across operations as it relates to marketing plans, marcom, digital marketing, standards, strategies, branding, online presence, research and working with various vendors and consultants (ad agencies, web developers, etc.) for various campaigns and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of properties in multiple markets.
The firm has over $2.5B AUM (40+ properties) with another $1B under development/construction and consistently bringing 6-10 new assets into the portfolio annually (both owned and third party).
Their goal is to continue growing the portfolio by adding another 10,000 units over the next 5-7 years, both owned and third party.
This position is a part of the nerve center, business and strategy and is located at the corporate HQ.
This person will love marketing, enjoy leadership and training, creating and implementing marketing solutions and being surrounded by a renowned and very well-respected leadership team.
The ideal person will understand how to work with business operations and other cross functional leaders/teams (acquisitions, development, design) in creating and managing marketing initiatives and strategies for a national platform of class A (beautiful - high profile) highly ammenitized multifamily properties that are both in the portfolio as well as new communities coming on line through new development and acquisitions efforts.
