JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Director is responsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material, marketing events, and in-person visits.

The Community Relations and Marketing Director is responsible for increasing care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY

• High School graduate and five years of business experience, specifically in a sale or marketing role.
• Basic office and computer skills and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal relations abilities. Excellent telephone skills.
• Knowledge of common medical terminology.
• Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Be available as required for oncall duty outside of normal office hours.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Works primarily out of the local office.
