As a senior strategic leader at Pennebaker, you will be critical in developing and executing our clients' strategic plans.

Drawing on your deep understanding of business drivers and marketing communication strategies, you will work closely with clients to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with their overall business goals.

Your expertise will be essential in guiding our clients through complex challenges and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Reporting directly to the President, you will be a key member of our leadership team, driving innovation and excellence in everything we do.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct industry, client, and competitive research.
• Developed and proposed integrated strategic marketing and communications plans, led market studies, and other initiatives that informed marketing, communications, and business decisions.
• Analyze and optimize the successful outcome of marketing campaigns.
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops and create communications and marketing plans.
• Pitch and secure business deals with partners, including support in developing proposals.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to align clients' business strategy with an actionable marketing communications plan.
• Work closely with the creative team, Client Success Managers and other key firm stakeholders to ensure campaigns are coordinated and executed at the highest level.
• Manage client expectations and act as the primary authority to guide them through plans.
• Work with the senior leadership to present proposals and creative work to clients.
• Act as the marketing consultant for multiple clients while influencing key strategic initiatives for multiple projects across various industries.
