    Description

    SEARCH Group Partners is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Analyst for a large investment banking firm in Salt Lake City.

    We are seeking new college grads for multiple analyst roles. This is a great opportunity to join a global team with ample opportunity for growth.

    Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...

    • Provide trading help desk support to the Private Wealth Management team
    • Provide trade booking and settlement support across multiple products and business lines
    • Perform trade reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting
    • Liaise with Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders in performing ad-hoc inquiry analysis and support across Technology, Operations, and Sales teams
    • Provide subject matter expertise and testing support for ongoing system enhancements and regulatory initiatives

    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks/priorities under tight deadlines

    Qualifications:

    • General understanding of financial markets and securities; experience with wealth management brokerage functions preferred
    • Trade booking and execution experience desired
    • MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency
    • Strong commitment to quality controls and procedures
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, improve processes, and able to work independently as a self-starter
    • Bachelors Degree Required
