- Processes incoming Media team requests to apply commercial credits and generate the applicable contracts.
- Provides daily recaps of what tasks/requests/buys came in to prevent opportunities from being missed.
- Assist Investment Specialist in keeping commercial trackers updated.
- Pull RFP reports daily to keep the Revenue Operations team up to speed on potential commercial opportunities and material media buys.
- Assist with the scheduling of meetings for the Revenue Operations team as needed.
- Assist the Media team with recording of new clients and vendors in contracting system.
- Express ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form.

Summary
The Investment Coordinator has a wide range of responsibilities including supporting requests from the media team, pulling and providing updated reports and working with external partners to add new vendors and update contracts as needed. This associate will interact with teams across the organization and handling requests throughout the day. **This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity (Locations: Dallas, Chicago, Orlando, Cleveland or any Media market in EST or CST)

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in advertising or media a plus. This role will support multiple departments across the organization including, Finance, Accounting and Media Teams.
