Financial Analyst - Private Equity
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst with experience in private equity to join our dynamic team.
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, with a focus on cash projections, Excel modeling, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Modeling:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and sensitivity analyses.
- Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate the potential impact of various market conditions and investment scenarios on portfolio performance.
Cash Projections and Management:
- Prepare and maintain cash flow projections, including forecasting cash inflows and outflows, monitoring liquidity requirements, and optimizing cash management strategies.
- Analyze cash flow trends & forecasts, variances, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate cash flow risks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely cash reporting and fund transfers.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze financial data and investment performance metrics to track portfolio performance, assess investment returns, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, pitch decks, and investment memos for fundraising and investor relations activities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management activities
Data Management and Analysis:
- Maintain comprehensive databases and financial records for private equity investments, including investment transactions, portfolio holdings, and performance metrics.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights, identify trends, and support decisionmaking processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment principles
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial report writing, and data visualization systems
- Experience with Zoho, Hyperion, or other financial software is preferred
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong business acumen and ability to think critically and strategically
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$90, $130,000.00 per year
