- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New York State.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a defense attorney, with a focus on medical malpractice defense.
- Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to resolution.
