Your main tasks:
✓ You will be the main point of contact for customers in the banking sector
✓ You will assist customers with topics such as online banking, apps, etc.
✓ You will be responsible for coordinating incoming inquiries from potential customers in the banking sector
✓ You will also be responsible for processing and maintaining master data
Your profile:
✓ Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
✓ Previous experience in telephone consulting is an advantage
