Your responsibilities

Independent management of construction sites
Organization and coordination of planning and construction processes
Deployment of personnel and equipment
Monthly performance reporting and invoicing
Management of additional work and subcontractors
Maintaining customer contact

Your profile

Completed university or technical college degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable degree as a master craftsman (m/f)
Professional experience in independent construction management in the field of building construction/turnkey construction
Commitment, team spirit, responsibility, and confident demeanor
Assertiveness and decision-making ability
Independent, project- and goal-oriented work style
