We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) for our ambulant betreutes Wohnen program at Lockport Heights.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Support individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of an independent life in their own homes through social pedagogical guidance
Handle correspondence with legal guardians, family members, doctors, nursing services, and authorities
Regularly coordinate with management to improve quality and efficiency

We are looking for candidates who possess:

A completed education with state recognition as a Heilerziehungspfleger, or equivalent threeyear training in social professions (m/w/d), or a BA in Social Work / Social Pedagogy
Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and assessing individual needs
A passion for and interest in working with individuals with disabilities
A valid driver's license (Class B/3) and access to a personal vehicle
