    ~Are you an experienced tax professional looking for an exciting opportunity to take your career to new heights? We are in search of a Tax Manager to join our stellar Tax team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the accurate preparation and filing of our company's state and federal tax forms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business tax strategies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing relationships with external auditors.

    Oversee and manage the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns and ensure accurate, timely filing.

    ~Conduct thorough, complex tax analysis for C-Corps and Corporate Tax.
    ~Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
    ~Provide innovative tax planning strategies and compliance expertise to clients; devise and implement tax strategies and advise clients regarding the tax impact of those strategies.
    ~Collaborate with the accounting department to accurately forecast tax predictions and establish tax provisions.
    ~Maintain and update the company's income tax provision (ASC 740) calculations.
    ~Manage and coordinate tax audits.
    ~Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
    ~Review tax accruals and tax working papers in preparation of financial statements.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Strong experience with ASC 740, 1020, 1120, C-Corps/Corporate Tax.
