We are seeking a talented NetSuite Administrator to join our team and help optimize our NetSuite environment to meet our evolving business needs.
Job Description:
As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and support of our NetSuite instance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, implement system enhancements, and ensure the integrity and reliability of our ERP system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day NetSuite administrative tasks, including user setup, role configuration, and permissions management.
Customize NetSuite to support business processes and workflows, including creating custom fields, forms, and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform regular system maintenance activities, such as data imports, system updates, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data integrity, and integration with other systems.
Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite functionality.
Stay current with NetSuite releases and new features, evaluate their impact on our environment, and recommend best practices for adoption.
Work closely with third-party vendors and consultants as needed for system integrations and specialized development projects.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience administering NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification preferred.
SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder customization tools.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including finance, accounting, inventory management, and order processing.
Experience with SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow for building custom reports and workflows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
