Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting onboarding for new employees and providing training for various functions within the company.
Orienting new sales representatives to the sales process.
Spending time in the field with sales representatives to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall sales skills.
Delivering training sessions for new and current employees to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Continuously improving training methods to meet the diverse needs of our organization.
Providing coaching, conducting training sessions, and developing resources to improve outcomes.
Enhancing training effectiveness by implementing new approaches and techniques, providing readily available support, and integrating training with daily job functions.
Achieving sales training and organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.
Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Reporting on the impact of training programs and developing sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance.
